Checkout
Stripe checkout, card on file, billed today. On Monthly that means month-to-month; on Annual it means 12 months up front at the lower rate. Your spend cap is on from day one.

Meet Monroe & send its first task
Slack connects in one click. For Teams, sign in with your work Microsoft account from the dashboard, then add Monroe to a team or chat (restrictive firms may need admin approval). Email is instant: your workspace comes with its own Monroe address and you are already an approved sender. Monroe introduces itself and suggests the first task you picked in setup, ready to send. One message and Monroe is working.

The questions you’d ask on a sales call.
What’s a credit worth?
A credit is Monroe’s unit of work. List price is $0.01 per credit. A quick task like flagging a rent roll runs ~120 credits; a full underwrite ~2,400. Included credits are bundled into your plan; paid top-up packs come with volume discounts. Your dashboard shows live credit usage, a daily breakdown, and a forecast that flags when you’re on track to exceed your bundle.
What happens if I hit my cap?
Monroe pauses the workspace and says so in your channel the next time it’s asked to work. The cap is checked before every run, so an agent can’t silently burn through it. Add a credit top-up from your dashboard to keep going this month, or it resumes automatically at your next renewal.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you keep access until then. Upgrade or downgrade in a couple of clicks. No phone calls, no retention gauntlet. Your data stays in place if you come back.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included monthly credits do not roll over. Paid top-up packs roll over for 12 months while your subscription is active.
Which tier should I pick?
Solo ($99) if you’re one operator or a shop of 2 to 4: teammates are free, and everyone shares the workspace credit pool, so a small shop only outgrows Solo when it outruns the credits. Team ($349) if you run a brokerage, ops team, or any 5 to 25 person workspace. Business ($1,249) for larger firms with 25 to 100 users. Enterprise covers anything custom: SSO, multi-workspace, audit exports, data residency.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Credits are shared across your whole workspace. Add or remove teammates without changing the bill.
How do you handle taxes?
Stripe Tax handles sales tax and VAT automatically. EU/UK customers see VAT on the invoice; US customers see sales tax where applicable.
