Do you support SSO?
Yes, SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud are supported; SCIM provisioning available. Included in Enterprise; not available on self-serve tiers (Solo / Team / Business).
Are DPA and BAA included?
DPA is included with every Enterprise contract and signed under our standard MSA. BAA is available on request for customers handling PHI, typically signed inside two business days after security review. Both are pre-reviewed by GTC and walk procurement through cleanly.
What data residency options do you offer?
US data residency today. EU residency (Ireland / Frankfurt) is on the Enterprise roadmap; tell us if it gates your purchase and we will sequence it. APAC residency is on the 2027 roadmap, not yet available. We do not currently offer single-region pinning below the country level.
How long are audit logs retained?
Run history (who triggered each run, where, when) and credit usage are retained in the dashboard for the life of your account, on every plan. Streaming exports to your SIEM are on the Enterprise roadmap; today Enterprise customers can request a CSV export of the run history at any time.
What is NOT in scope for Enterprise?
On-prem, air-gapped, and dedicated, fully-isolated deployments are not available today. We offer strong per-workspace data and key isolation now on AWS, with dedicated isolation on the roadmap. If hard isolation is a procurement gate today, we are honest that we cannot meet it yet.
What are the contract and invoicing terms?
Annual commit with monthly or quarterly invoicing. Net-30 default, Net-45 negotiable. Multi-year discounts on 2- and 3-year commits. Wire, ACH, and credit-card payments accepted. Auto-renewal with 60-day non-renewal notice; no auto-escalator.
What does the security review process look like?
Send your security questionnaire (SIG, CAIQ, or your own) and we send a completed response inside five business days. Common attachments are pre-packaged: current SOC 2 progress letter (Type I in progress, Q3 2026 target), sub-processor list, architecture diagram.
