Public status page + admin observability
Customer-visible /status page now polls /api/health every 15 seconds and renders green/red per component. Operator-side, the per-workspace overview and margin endpoints are live behind a service token for ops automation. The CloudWatch dashboard tracks broker, provisioner, and per-workspace agent latency in one pane.
Run receipts in Slack
Every completed run posts a two-line receipt in-channel: the action + outcome on line one, credits + tools touched + a link to the detail view on line two. See the receipt format under docs/run-receipts.
Three-tier ladder + top-up packs
Self-serve pricing settled on Solo ($399/mo), Team ($1,495/mo), and Business ($4,995/mo) — flat per workspace, no per-seat tax. Annual commits run 15–20% off. Four top-up packs ($25 / $100 / $500 / $2,000) cover months where you exceed the monthly bundle, with a small volume discount on the larger packs.
